National Weather Service confirms 16 tornadoes from Tuesday's storms

The National Weather Service Milwaukee has confirmed 16 tornadoes touched down in Wisconsin during Tuesday’s severe storms. 

Eden, Brownsville and Alto each were all hit. 

The worst tornado was west of Brownsville. The EF-2 twister had winds of 125 mph and stretched nearly 4 miles with a width of 150 yards. 

Along with this list, an EF-1 tornado touched down in Kiel Tuesday as well. 

Thankfully, no injuries or fatalities were reported in any of the 16 tornadoes.

  • Southwest of South Byron EF-1 (3 minutes, 0.92 miles)
  • South of Oakfield EF-0 (1 minute, 0.14 miles)
  • Southwest of Oakfield EF-1 (3 minutes, 4.54 miles)
  • Alto EF-1 (6 minutes, 1.17 miles)
  • East of Marquette Green Lake County EF-0 (2 minutes, 2.09 miles)
