MILWAUKEE, Wis—A bizarre incident was caught on camera at Mitchell International Airport.
Zac Johnson says he had just flown in from Oklahoma on a business trip when he captured video of a naked man on the tarmac.
In the video you can see officials talking to the man who eventually put on some pants.
The sheriff’s office is investigating.
