Multiple arrests reported following prostitution sting

A multi jurisdictional investigation cracks a prostitution ring in the Fox Valley. The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department reports 12 men have been arrested on charges of Prostitution. The ages of the suspect range from 19 to 54-years-old.

Four women, all in their 20's, responded to police during the operation. Three of the women were from the Milwaukee area and one from Appleton.They also face charges.

The Appleton Police Department/Outagamie County Sheriff Department - Community Resource Unit (CRU) with assistance from agents of the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation (DCI), continued their efforts to hinder and eradicate prostitution and human trafficking occurring within our community. The operation was part of the nationwide effort labeled “Operation Cross Country X”.
