The Waupaca County Sheriff's Office says four people are in the hospital after a motorcycle crash on Saturday morning in the Town of Fremont.
They say two motorcycles were heading westbound on US 10 when it happened just east of State Highway 49.
Officials say two of the four people involved are seriously injured.
