According to the Door County Sheriff’s Office, 19 arrests were made Monday in connection with a drug bust.
For the past 8 months the Door/Kewaunee Drug Task Force has been conducting an investigation into the sale and delivery of illicit drugs. Deputies say the drugs include Heroin, Methamphetamine, prescription medications, Ecstacy, LSD, Cocaine and Marijuana.
On Monday, deputies executed three search warrants and a probation search. One search warrant was in the Town of Brussels, the other two were in the Town of Nasawaupee. The Probation Search was in the Town of Sevastapol.
The Door/Kewaunee Drug Task Force was assisted in this investigation by the Door County SWAT Team, Sturgeon Bay Police Department, DEA, Wisconsin State Patrol and Kewaunee Police Department K-9’s and the Brussels Fire Department.
Deputies say the investigation will continue with more arrests expected.
