620 people could lose their jobs if a Fox Valley business doesn't find a buyer.

Appleton Coated LLC has filed for receivership. It must sell its company's assets or find a buyer who will hire substantially all of the employees, according to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.

The company said business circumstances may change and all employees may not be permanently laid off if the facility is bought and remains operational.

Appleton Coated is located on Prospect St. in Combined Locks.

The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and the Bay Area Workforce Development Area Rapid Response Team will work with the affected parties to offer rapid response services.
