Additional charges have been filed against two men charged with stealing more than 100,000 diapers from a charity's warehouse in Fox Crossing.
Jason Havel and John Forbes face two more charges each of "theft of moveable property valued at more than $10,000."
According to the criminal complaint, investigators were called Valley Packaging on Kensington Drive for a reports of a stolen forklift on March 4.
The complaint states that during an interview, Forbes admitted that he stole a forklift from Valley Packaging within the past year.
After further investigation, it was discovered two forklifts had been stolen from the warehouse.
In an interview, Forbes confessed to taking two Green Mitsubishi forklifts. One was taken from the Valley Packaging site on Kensington Drive and another from 3000 E. Warehouse Road.
Forbs told investigators he and Havel sold the fork lifts for about $1,500-$2000 each.
Each forklift was worth $13,300.
Both Forbes and Havel have already been charged with allegedly stealing more than 100,000 diapers that were meant for the Fox Cities Diaper Bank.
