The Green Bay Packers Foundation, Brown County Food & Hunger Network and Brown County Homeless & Housing  Collation teamed up with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin  to host a Mobile Food Pantry at Lambeau Field. Two truck loads of food were distributed to nearly 500 families over several hours.

Organizers say the poverty rate in Brown County is surprisingly high, "1 in 9  people in Brown County don't know where their next meal is coming from," said Tyler Younger. Mobile pantries are a way for those in need to have an easy way to get help.

The 30,000 pounds of food was given out was out thanks to the Green Bay Packers Foundation Grant.

Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin works with 24 area pantries to help fight hunger in our area.
