A minimum security inmate reported missing last month from the Sanger B. Powers Correctional Center in Oneida is believed to be in Indiana, according to the Michiana Crime Stoppers.
Phillip E. Burton Jr. was reported missing at about 9 p.m. Nov. 29. He is 23-years-old, about 5'9 and weighs 177 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department confirmed this afternoon that Burton is still missing. The Michiana Crime Stoppers posted to its Facebook page today that Burton is believed to be in the South Bend area and is "considered dangerous."
Burton was sentenced to five years in prison for robbery and one year, three months for theft in 2012, according to online court records.
