Just before 5:30 this afternoon, the Outagamie County Sheriff's Department responded to a crash on state trunk highway 15 at North road. A 38 year old Clintonville woman crashed her dodge caravan into a tree. Two men found her unconscious and helped her out of her vehicle before it burst into flames. She was flown by helicopter to Theda Clark hospital. The crash remains under investigation.
