A 69-year-old Michigan man who police say traveled to Green Bay to meet up with who he believed to be a 15-year-old girl waived his rights to a preliminary hearing Tuesday.
James Datsko was arrested February 10 as part of a sting operation after responding to an internet posting seeking sexual contact.
Datsko's arraignment is set for May 4. He's being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
