A big merger in health insurance could mean a change in your health care plan. Aurora Health Care and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield are partnering to form a new company called Wisconsin Collaborative Insurance Company and commercial product called Well Priority. The unique 50-50 joint venture is expected to make insurance easier on Wisconsin costumers.
