Menasha Police investigating reports of shots fired at a home

Police: We don't believe this is a random act

MENASHA - Menasha Police are investigating reports of shots fired at a home early Thursday morning. 

Police say it happened in the 600 block of Sixth Street around 3:30 a.m. 

Officers found evidence of a shooting but no one appears to be injured. 

Police don't believe this is a random act. 

The department is currently trying to identify a suspect or suspects.

This is the second reported shooting in a week in Menasha. 

Officers responded to a home May 30 in the 800 Block of London Street. 

A 30-year-old man received a non-life threatening head wound from shrapnel and debris, and was released from the hospital on Tuesday.
