Menasha Police are looking for a dog and it's handler after someone was bit by the dog, causing a 2 inch cut that needed stitches.
It happened Saturday at First and Appleton Streets in Menasha around 5 PM.
The victim describes the dog as possibly collie-sized lab with short black hair and describes the handler as an "older white female."
