Allen Guse of Marion has been sentenced to five years in prison and five years extended supervision for killing a man while driving drunk.
Investigators say Guse's pick up truck crossed the centerline and slammed into a mini-van killing Matthew Egerer in March of 2015. Guse fled the scene and was later arrested.
