The Manitowoc Police Department is releasing video that apparently shows a man firing a gun in the air.
Police say the incident happened Wednesday night, September 26, on the 800 Block of St. Clair Street. Neighbors told police they heard a gunshot. One neighbor provided police with security video of the incident.
Police say video showed a black SUV parked on the south side of the road in the 800 block of St. Clair St. Later in the video the suspect in the driver’s seat is seen firing one shot into the air and then leans out of the vehicle.
Police are searching for the person responsible for this event.
