Manitowoc has declared a snow emergency in anticipation of the forecasted snow fall for Tuesday afternoon into the evening.
No parking will be allowed on any city streets from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Wednesday.
A $50 citation will be issued to the registered owner of any vehicles left on city streets.
