The Brown County United Way is celebrating the end of their 2016 campaign by giving away a car.
Hundreds of people packed the Tundra Lodge on Tuesday to hear the final fundraising tally which was just over $4 million.
For Adam Landry, his generosity in supporting the cause came full circle when his name was pulled to win a new Fiat. "Well, last week Andrea called and said I was one of the three lucky people to be drawn for the United Way giveaway which I knew nothing about until that day. So yeah, here I am, and I won a car."
Landry donates to the United Way every year. He says he's thankful for all the good things they do for the community.
