22 year-old James Vandenack was sentenced to 21 years and 295 days in jail, the age of his victim. Vandenack plead no contest in the shooting death of 21 year old Tyler Waldron on November 7th of 2015. According to police Vandenack and Waldron had been drinking all night before deciding to play a game of Russian roulette. Vandenack says he thought the gun wasn't loaded when he pulled the trigger.
