A man is safe after a successful ice rescue in Waupaca County.
Waupaca County officials say just before 4 p.m. Thursday, a man fell through the ice on Hatch Lake in the Town of Iola.
Iola and Scandinavia fire departments, along with the Waupaca Co. Sheriff's Office helped with the rescue.
Officials tell NBC26 the man was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
