FOX CROSSING, Wis—Police took a 35-year-old Appleton man into custody Saturday night after a traffic stop.
During the stop, the man was found to have several outstanding warrants. An officer also found a pipe used to smoke meth.

When the man was booked into jail, individually packaged bags of methamphetamine were found hidden in his pants.

The man was held on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver meth, obstructing, and bail jumping.

A post on the department’s Facebook page says there has been a rise in methamphetamine not only in the village, but in the Fox Valley, and Wisconsin.
