A man found dead in a pickup truck on the side of the road in Marinette County died from natural causes, according to the sheriff's office.
Joseph Michael Skrobiak, 72, was found in his truck Monday off County Highway Z in the Town of Beecher.
Around 4:30 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to a call of a pickup truck pulling a trailer with a riding mower off the road in some trees.
Deputies found Skrobiak inside and confirmed he was dead. An autopsy showed he died from natural causes and not any injuries from when his car left the road.
The sheriff's office was assisted by Pembine Rescue Squad, Menominee County Sheriff's Office and Marinette County Coroner's Office.
