A man was arrested in Sheboygan for a series of smash and grab thefts including two incidents in Bellevue. 39 year-old Calvin Walker was referred to the Brown County DA for allegedly smashing windows on two vehicles parked at the YMCA back in February. Walker is also facing 56 charges in Sheboygan County for similar thefts.
