One man is dead following a two-vehicle crash in Brown County.
It happened just after 7:30 a.m. Saturday on Eaton Road at South Grandview Road in the Village of Bellevue.
Officials say a pickup truck traveling southbound on S. Grandview Road towards Eaton Road. The driver failed to stop for a stop sign and hit an eastbound pickup truck traveling on Eaton Road.
The driver of the eastbound pickup truck was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated by Bellevue Fire. The man was a 51-year-old Bellevue resident, who was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 19-year-old male driver of the southbound driving truck, also a Bellevue resident, was injured and sent to a nearby hospital.
The Brown County Sheriffs Office Reconstruction Unit is on scene and the roadway between Erie Rad and Cth QQ on Eaton Road will remain closed until the investigation is complete.
