Wisconsin State Patrol say officers have arrested a man for an OWI for the 5th time.
54-year-old Kenneth Berna from Pulaski was arrested Thursday night. A state trooper pulled him over when police say he was driving erratically.
Police say the trooper smelled intoxicants from the driver while talking to him. The trooper arrested Berna after conducting a field sobriety test.
Wisconsin State Patrol says this is Berna's 5th offense.
According to online court records, Berna was found guilty of Homicide by Intoxicate Use of Vehicle back in 1994.
