A man is arrested after distributing heroin in Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties.
The Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit conducted several controlled purchases in the two counties.
On Monday afternoon, a 36-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested after an arranged purchase.
Investigators found more than a quarter pound of heroin, worth about $30,000.
