The Wisconsin State Patrol says a man has been arrested for his alleged 6th drunk driving offense.
According to troopers, just before 6:00 p.m. Friday, they stopped a driver for an equipment violation on westbound State Highway 29.
When they talked to the driver, the Trooper detected an odor of an intoxicant in the vehicle. Troopers report the 54 year-old man, from Lac Du Flambeau failed field sobriety testing and was arrested on suspicion of Operation While Intoxicated 6th offense as well as a probation hold.
