WAUPACA COUNTY, Wis. - Wisconsin State Patrol says officers arrested a man for driving under the influence with two children in the car.
The traffic stop happened Tuesday morning at 10:27 a.m. on Highway 10, near the city of Waupaca. Police say Joshua Kwapick admitted to having smoked marijuana prior to being stopped.
The trooper also saw another adult and two children under the age of 16 in the car at the time of the stop.
After doing field sobriety tests, Kwapick was arrested for operating under the influence of drugs with passengers under 16 years of age in the vehicle.
