OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis-- A 44-year-old Appleton man was arrested near Oshkosh for operating a motor vehicle under the influence – 6th offense, with a minor in the vehicle.
The vehicle was stopped for seatbelt and equipment violations on Highway N, near I-41.
The trooper conducted field sobriety tests after observing signs of impairment.
The suspect also violated parole.
The incident remains under investigation; charges will be forwarded to the Outagamie County District Attorney’s office.
