A 27-year-old man was arrested for his 2nd OWI after crashing into a Sheboygan business overnight.
Sheriff's police officers said that he crash started the car on fire and caused damage to the building.
Police said that the driver ran through a stop sign and crashed into the office on Union Avenue.
The accident is still under investigation.
