Three people were taken to the hospital after a violent four-vehicle crash in Sheboygan.
Police say that a suspected drunk driver was speeding in the wrong lane, hit another car, and caught fire around 6:30 this morning.
Another car then flipped over, and a loaded cement truck tipped on its side near North 14th Street and Wisconsin Avenue.
Police arrested the 20-year-old driver of the silver car for an OWI.
Katherine Carroll helped pull him out of the vehicle.
"He just looked in complete shock and daze - we were pulling him out and he just yelled nonsense and just seemed in deep shock and not all there," Carroll said.
A police officer who was doing paperwork nearby also saw the crash and helped rescue the man from the wreck.
