The Sheboygan Police Department have arrested a man after a disturbance involving a gun.
The incident happened just before midnight on Sunday in the 1200 block of N 10th street.
Witnesses told police a 33-year-old Milwaukee man started a disturbance with another man inside a tavern and the victim was shoved to the ground by the suspect, officers said. The victim was injured from the fall, but did not seek medical attention.
Police said after the disturbance, the suspect went to a car and got a handgun and paced back in forth in the street for a few minutes.
The suspect was found at a family member's home in the 1500 -block of Illinois Avenue. He was taken into custody and failed field sobriety tests. The gun was found at the home and the suspect was charged with OWI, battery, disorderly conduct while armed and endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon.
