FOND DU LAC - A 67-year-old man has been arrested after leading Fond du Lac police on a chase.
City of Fond du Lac Police were sent to the 200-block of 19th street to assist Glendale Police in arresting a man for a crime they say he committed in their jurisdiction.
Fond du Lac Police stopped the man's vehicle around 6:20 p.m. Thursday. When officers tried to arrest him, the man took off. While he was fleeing police, police say he almost hit two City of Fond du Lac Police officers.
The alleged suspect then drove back to his residence on 19th street, where he was then taken into custody at that time.
He faces charges of recklessly endangering safety, eluding an officer and resisting arrest, in addition to charges in Glendale.
No one was hurt in the incident.
