Crews airlifted a 26-year-old Sheboygan man Sunday morning after an ATV accident, according to the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities got the call to the area of W6200 Harbor Lights Rd. in Cascade just after 12:30 a.m.
Crews found the man unconscious, according to a news release.
The man was the driver of the ATV involved in the accident, the news release said.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor, the news release said.
