The man accused of luring neighborhood children into the vacant Ten O One Club in Green Bay and starting a fire pleaded no contest Friday.
Jesus Castilloveitia-Quinton, 18, was charged with two counts of child abuse, arson, resisting or obstructing an officer, and bail jumping.
He originally pleaded not guilty, but changed his plea Friday. He has several mental disorders, according to his attorney.
In August 2016, Castilloveitia-Quinton persuaded four children under the age of 10 to go into the empty Ten O One Club before setting a fire, according to police.
A criminal complaint said he told the children it was his "secret hideout."
Once inside, two of the children told police he kicked and punched them, according to the complaint. It says he then poured bleach on the floor and began lighting the building on fire with a torch.
He told the kids "this is for your own good," court documents said.
Castilloveitia-Quinton will be sentenced on May 2, 2017.
