SHAWANO, Wis. (AP) -- Shawano police have arrested a man suspected of firing a rifle from a pickup truck into a group of people standing outside a residence Monday night.
Authorities say one of the shots hit a house, but no one in the group was struck. Police say one person in the group who had a carry permit returned fire with a handgun.
The man's pickup was hit by gunfire, but he was not struck. Investigators say the people outside the house were targeted.
