Madison mall arrest video hard for many Northeast Wisconsin Residents to watch

It's not the first of it's kind but still when people watch the video of the girl getting arrested at a Madison mall causes a reaction.

“The way she was treated I don't think they had to go through all that.” says Eileen Littig with Stand Against Racism.

She isn't the only on.

“Knee kicks, fist hits, tasering, there was no need to do all that.” says Pastor Green with Divine Temple Church in Green Bay but also cautions viewers not to blame all police:

“I don’t think the whole Madison Police Force should be blamed for what one man did.”

And in it's police training courses north western technical college does deal with proper use of force to make sure officers handle themselves correctly

"in training we give officers everything they need physically, defensive arrest tactics, how to shoot their gun and how to arrest people"

But it's up to police to utilize that training something pastor green says other officers in video did

The Dane County Sheriff says the video only tells half the story but also says he agrees it is hard to watch.
