The Wisconsin Lottery is helping law enforcement in their search for Joseph Jakubowski. All state lottery terminals will son have a photo and description alerting people about Jakubowski. The Rock County call center has taken more than one thousand tips since the search began. The FBI is offering a twenty thousand dollar reward for information leading to his arrest.
