GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- On Christmas Eve, Wisconsin Public Service Foundation will match all Red Kettle donations up to $10,000.
The Salvation Army says in a news release employees from the energy company will volunteer as bell ringers at the Big Red Kettle in Bay Park Square Mall from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on December 24.
This donation comes as the Salvation Army is ending its annual Christmas Campaign, which the Salvation Army says is currently short of its 2019 fundraising goal of just over $1.3 million.
Additionally, the WPS Chorus, made up of company employees, family members and retirees, will perform from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the piano located near the former Younker’s entrance of Bay Park Square to encourage shoppers to make donations.
