Woman arrested in Oconto County for multiple drug related charges

Following a tip received on October 3 about drug trafficking in Oconto Falls, the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and the Oconto Falls Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and a subsequent search warrant was conducted at a residence in Oconto Falls.

The combination of the traffic-stop and search warrant, resulted in locating 156.28 grams of methamphetamine, 23.72 grams of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy), 63.90 grams of hashish oil, 26.69 grams of marijuana, 3.54 grams of cocaine, illegally obtained prescription medication, drug paraphernalia, two firearms and an unreported amount of cash.

As a result, a 20-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the Oconto County Jail on multiple drug related charges.

The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and the Oconto Falls Police Department are affiliated with the Northeast Tri-County Drug Enforcement Group and were also assisted by the Brown County Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration – Green Bay Office. This case is being prosecuted by the Oconto County District Attorney’s Office.
