GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- One person in Green Bay is getting a special treat this Halloween.
The Wisconsin Lottery is congratulating a $50,000 Powerball prize winner.
The Lottery said the winning ticket was sold at Kwik Trip on 1871 Shawano Avenue in Green Bay.
Lottery officials made the announcement on social media Thursday.
