The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is extending its 4th grade Arbor Day free tree program due to the pandemic.
Any 5th grader who missed out last spring due to the pandemic is able to get one in the spring of 2021.
Every 4th and 5th grade student in Wisconsin is able to receive a free tree seedling to plant.
Arbor Day is the last Friday in April.
Applications for a free tree will be accepted until March 15th.
