APPLETON (NBC 26) — The Fox Cities COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic will not offer first-dose appointments this week, the clinic announced Monday.
Officials with the city of Appleton said in a news release that winter weather in southern states has delayed shipment of vaccine and related supplies to the clinic.
The clinic will provide second doses as originally planned to those who came to the clinic between February 2-4, the news release states.
Patients from Feb. 2-4 are asked to come to the clinic 21 days from and at the same time of day as their first-dose appointment to receive their second-dose this week. Those who provided an email address should have received an appointment reminder via email over the weekend.
