GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- It's a ever-changing time as communities across the globe deal with the outbreak of the coronavirus.
It's important to know the places to get help and be proactive on taking them.
Bruce McClary with the National Foundation for Credit Counseling says by having open communication you'll learn from your creditors to your utility companies where to get help.
Your employer may also have resources for you so be sure to reach out and ask for them. Be sure to talk with your family to make a financial plan.
McClary says to cut expenses out or work out re-payment situations to manage re-occuring expenses that aren't necessary.
If you need additional help, non-profit credit counseling agencies are available across the country. Their financial counseling and budget help is free. You can find more on their website.
