APPLETON (WGBA) -- Hundreds of people gathered in Appleton Saturday for a walk to end Alzheimer's. It's one of many walks that happen in the badger state and the second in two weeks in Northeast Wisconsin.

Participants who walked came to raise money for care and research for Alzheimer's. According the foundation who organized the event, Alzheimer's is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States.
