VILLAGE OF WRIGHTSTOWN, Wis. — The Village of Wrightstown said in a Sunday news release that it has sustained heavy damage from storms that swept through the area this weekend.

Like many areas in northeast Wisconsin that saw heavy storm damage, the Village acknowledges the work of utility companies to restore power. However, the Village said it may take up to three days to fully restore power.

The Village of Wrightstown is offering the Village hall as a place to recharge electronics and as a cool place to stay for people without power. The Village will also provide a refrigerated trailer to help residents keep their food from perishing. The Village said VS Midwest Carriers out of Kaukauna will provide the trailer, arriving around noon Sunday.

Anyone in the Village with flooding issues is asked to call the Village hall or Village administrator.
