HOWARD (NBC 26) -- The Village of Howard is offering a new designated spot for people to exchange Internet purchases.
The few spaces at the Howard Village Hall main parking lot are intended to serve as a safe spot for people to exchange goods. It's located directly across from the building.
These spaces are also available for this and for child custody exchanges. The Village of Howard said the area is under 24-hour video surveillance and is well lit at night.
Green Bay Police created a similar space in 2017.
