A 37-year-old Two Rivers man has been sentenced to 15 years behind bars for meth distribution.
Authorities announced Friday that Clint J. Blaha was sentenced this week for having more than 50 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it.
According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the sentence follows an investigation from May 2019, when the Manitowoc County MEG Unit began investigating Blaha. Manitowoc County authorities monitored interstate wire transfers and surveilled Blaha’s travel to what authorities say are known drug distribution areas.
In July 2019, authorities arrested Blaha during a traffic stop, where the news release said they also recovered 77.5 grams of methamphetamine. They recovered more meth after executing a search warrant at Blaha’s home.
Blaha was sentenced to 15 years' incarceration to be followed by 10 years of supervised release.
