Two Rivers man in custody after standoff situation

TWO RIVERS, Wis. — Two Rivers police say a man is in custody after firing a gunshot during a standoff situation.

Police say they responded to a home on Friday and a tried to negotiate with a man to leave his home.

At that time, police say a shot was fired inside the home.

Nobody got injured and police were later able to take the 59-year-old into custody.

He is charged with first degree recklessly endangering safety and endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon.

Police also arrested two other people involved for obstructing an officer.
