Two people hospitalized after crash near Berlin

GREEN LAKE COUNTY (NBC 26) — Two people were hospitalized Monday following a crash near Berlin, the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office said.

The Sheriff's Office said the Green Lake County Sheriff's E911 Communications Center received multiple 911 calls just before 8 a.m. for a crash on Highway F, east of Highway D in the town of Seneca. Two vehicles were involved in the crash.

According to the Sheriff's Office, one vehicle was heading eastbound on Highway F when it crossed the center line and hit a westbound vehicle. Both drivers were taken to the hospital, with one person being transported by helicopter. No one else was in either vehicle.

The Wisconsin State Patrol, Berlin EMS, Berlin Fire Department, Berlin Police Department and Theda Star assisted at the scene. This traffic crash is being investigated by the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office.
